I recently moved out of an apartment in the Junction area, and had a tonne of garbage (25+ bags, and a whole lot of misc items big and small). I ran out of time and couldn't take it all to the dump myself, so I called these guys in the evening (around 7pm), and they arrived two hours later. Jacob L. and Nick H. came onsite, assessed everything, and had it all cleared out in under half an hour. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. I realise these junk removal services can be on the expensive side, but I'm not sure what I would have done without them, so it was worth the somewhat pricey bill at the end. Jacob and Nick, thanks for coming out so late in the day and lifting one of many burdens off my shoulders that week. You guys are super cool and definitely left me with a great impression of 1-800-GOT-JUNK.

It doesn't happen often, but every now and then you encounter a business that goes above and beyond every expectation, and leaves you feeling relieved and satisfied. That's how I feel about my experience with CityBoxes, and thus I am compelled to write this review. They delivered my order of boxes, not only to my door, but right into my apartment, through a particularly harrowing passage between two houses that even pizza delivery guys usually fear. All of this days ahead of schedule. I can't say enough good things about my experience with CityBoxes. The awesome customer service and communication turned me into a repeat customer even before I got the boxes, and the boxes themselves are amazing. Andrew stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Super nice guy. Packing (and moving) was so much easier. The boxes themselves are the perfect size, and easy to carry. I opted for a large roll of packing paper for my fragile stuff as well - huge number of sheets for the price (more than I needed), and they're so much better than newspaper. I'll be telling all my friends about CityBoxes, and I'll be going to them on my next move as well.
