We hired Steve and his company to replace our Cedar shake roof. Everything went well throughout the removal and installation of the new roof. It took longer than he stated but his team did a good job and were pleasant and courteous. The problem began at the beginning of December when we had water coming through the bathroom fan. I contacted Steve via phone, text and email approximately 10 times over the past month with no response. We had to get a different company to address the leak. They also found some other water ingress that we had not yet noticed. Our roof is less than one year old and we were expecting Steve’s follow-up and service as per his warranty and his verbal assurance. Based on his lack of response and follow through I would say stay away!
