Lockset to our patio stairs had broken and good chance of being locked outside. Called a few locksmiths and Rado was most responsive. Texted back and forth and settled on time/date. Appointment set for 10AM, he texted and asked if he could come 15 minutes early as he was close by, no problem there. Came in and set up and I showed him the replacement lockset which we already had post renos. Tidy, punctual, explained new install thoroughly. Very professional. Showed me what had broken in old set. I would use Rado again without hesitation......plus my dog liked him too !!

Crew arrived on time. Confirmed work request. Polite, tidy, provided extra service. Asked if we preferred to be invoiced or pay upon completion. No pressure.
