When my old furnace failed, a friend of mine told me about Culzac Heating. I was told nothing but positive things about Dwayne and Culzac heating, so I decided to give them a chance. I didnt want to go with a high efficiency furnace because of cost,so I went with a mid instead. Dwayne came into my home and took his measurements in order to install the new furnace. He explained the entire layout to me in words I understood. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy, so I signed the contract and the rest is history. The job was completed as described. Drop sheets were laid out, and my place was clean after the installation. Dwayne walked me through everything that I needed to know about the furnace (which is not much with these new furnaces). He was even kind enough to install a new programmable thermostat at no extra cost.
