Overpromised and Underdelivered
We recently moved and gave this group an opportunity to paint our home. Unfortunately, it was below our expectations and wouldn't necessarily call them a group. Based on the contractual commitment, which they did not abide by, they promised our home to be done in 3 days with their "crew". Just in time for us to move in. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver. To be technical on terms, their “crew” is basically a one-man show with a partner as their customer service representative. The job exceeded their expectations and the offering of a discount wasn't offered when the job contract could not be met. That being said Basil promises he's "a man of his word" and would offer a bonus project to compensate. However he has not returned to complete the job as he's been bombarded with jobs outside the region. We've been waiting since September 14th. That being said I could hire this group for a room or two but not a big project such as a full house. We're still finding errors in which we have corrected ourselves. To be specific on how they did not meet our standards, initially, the entire house was painted incorrectly. We know this color like the bible considering we painted our past home this color and was so disappointed on our move in day, when it was quite off from the white we had chosen. From there, every excuse was used in the book for not completing the job on time. From a funeral to being too tired to firing an employee. That being said we were understanding and gave the painter some time off to take care of himself and cope with his personal situation, however, we were a bit caught off guard when he came to collect his tools only to take care of another job offsite. All in all don't be fooled by the contract and customer service representation. Over promised, under-delivered. If choosing this painter, be cautious. My recommendation to this group is to stay local and keep the jobs small. Focus on what you're good at and don't bombard yourself with the unknown. Good luck to you.

Good day Christopher Salvatore
We appreciate your feedback with our company. Constructive criticism is necessary for growth and prosperity. However, what is not constructive is your lack of communication and understanding. People make business, business doesn't make people. We understand your urgency and concerns but events happen and you may have to adjust. In such a dark time in everyone's life, one drop of Paint doesn't equate to a life. Death is not an excuse but a tragedy causing drastic changes in everyday life including work or business. Your disillusional egocentric comments show a sense of insensitivity. To clarify, We worked on ur house of 3200sqft to be painted in 2-3 days. Typically it takes 5 days to paint a house that size based on the many homes we've painted. If you read the contract clearly, it states 3 days or more for your property. Basil did come back a week after to tape and mud your garage. To my knowledge, you have spoken to him throughout to facilitate a time to come back based on the weather change and work schedule. We removed our equipment from your house solely out of respect. We understand you were moving in with a toddler and pregnant wife and felt it was necessary to remove harmful items from the house. Basil did not take on additional work while he was grieving. Plus my crew worked 36 hrs straight to meet your needs and was met by passive aggressive prejudice by your family. All in all, your wife was impressed with the end result. Job was completed in 4-5 days. The garage was a free addition to compensate for the additional days, and not apart of the contract nor work. You were technically still under 1 year warranty with us and any issues around the house should be informed to us. Unfortunately, because you have tried to resolve it yourself, your warranty is null and void as of now. Also the " don't be fooled by the reviews" comment is disingenuous, and offensive to all our previous clients and their honesty. We have tried to contact you to resolve your concerns but no avail. Please don't be afraid to give us a call in order for us to find a happy medium.
All the best...Gynelle
