STAY AWAY!! Worst customer service ever! First off, there were no keys for the cover, kept saying they would send them to us -- never did. We had problems last winter with the heater giving out, contacted Polar Spas and they took months to get back to us. It was -40 for most of the winter, even with a heater the tub froze over while waiting for a response.... which we never really received. We paid out of pocket to redo the piping but we need a new heater from them that is covered out of warranty. It's been months and months and they just give us the ring around, no follow-up, no part, no returned phone calls. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this company and buy from Arctic Spas instead, we wish we did.
