David took the time to advise us on the various options available and choices of materials. He took great care in ensuring our satisfaction throughout the job and afterward. Our floor had several ridges and valleys (due to warped joists), and he did an amazing job at eliminating these noticeable flaws. David took great care to ensure our family could continue to 'function' in the house throughout the renovation. I would not hesitate to use his sevices again, or recommend him to a friend, as he is a perfectionist who was a pleasure to deal with.
