Ian attended my home today to put in the new circuit board.. He also changed filter on humidifier for me.. He was a very nice guy. Very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home.

The service man was very helpful. He was polite and efficient and I would highly recommend him. His name was Steve Allen and he was very punctual. Called to say when he would arrive and arrived on time. I appreciate that in a service person as I had to go out as well. He solved a mystery concerning our nest thermostat which I very much appreciated..
