WORST COMPANY EVER! I have read everyone's story here and mine is no different. They have been looked into by the Toronto Star and have been reported to the BBB 81 times! We all seem to have the same labour cost 280 which seems fishy to me since we all have different types of appliances. The customer service is people saying " do what you have to do" when you say I'm reporting you to the BBB. I asked for the owners name which is apparently Dan but that's all I received they wouldn't tell me his last name If I was younger I would contact Marketplace on CBC
