We chose Mike, and scheduled a time a few weeks out. Mike was actually able to start earlier than planned. His crew was professional, friendly, quiet and neat, and finished up the work slightly ahead of schedule. Mike and the team responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, including responding after completion to minor issues which seem unrelated to the job done. We've had a major storm just after completion of the work, and everything seems fine. Mike can be somewhat hard to reach during the day, but responds in a timely fashion after hours. I would have no hesitation using Mike for future waterproofing/concrete work
