Bought a desk from Structube and the wood started flaking after a very short time (ie: 3 weeks of use). Nothing was done on my side to damage the desk but despite that, Structube wont honor its one year warranty and additionally insulted me by accusing me of causing this damage. It is not normal wear and tear. The desk shouldnt be flaking after such a short time so it obviously wasnt well manufactured. Horrendous service from their customer service team, including bring accused multiple times of causing the damage. It would have taken so little to replace the desk drawer, instead Structube decided to alienate a loyal customer with its horrible response.

Dan cleaned my wall-to-wall carpet and my light coloured couch, which showed many stains and evidence of use! He was there on time, was very professional and both the carpet and the couch look great. Excellent service!

I have been a client twice, first with a rental apartment and secondly when I bought a townhouse. Both times, Viggo was responsive and produced gorgeous curtains in the time that we discussed. I am particularly pleased by the blackout curtains. I recommend Viggo and Irene 100 percent.
