replaced all exterior windows and doors on duplex very happy with Jim and Cameron the installers . they let us know what the process was going to be, how we could be affected by what they had to do a couple of days in advance so we could plan ahead as the job was in progress. The removal of the old parts was done , repairs such as re insulating to today's standards and repairing anything hidden in the walls that required repair or upgrading. After each day the clean up was great -nothing left at all. we were given hints as to how to care for the products in the future and told to call for any follow up that we felt were required . installers were a great team each seemed to know what was expected so the job was done with no hesitation as Jim planned each replacement and Cam knew what was needed to help with the job. Very happy with the installation

All the way from the initial site measure, the Installation Technician is planning out the process for the project and making detailed notes so that all team members know exactly what they are responsible for going into a project so that it goes smoothly. Poor planning is the cause of a lot of the horror stories our industry is unfortunately plagued with. We don't believe homeowners should have to be inconvenienced to ENSURE A COMFORTABLE AND LEAK-PROOF HOME FOR GOOD. Clean up is also a high priority for us as we want to leave all homes as clean or cleaner than we found them.
