We received quotes from 4 companies. The salesman from Windowrama, Andre, was great at addressing our questions and keeping our budget in mind. Windowrama was not the cheapest quote, but we weren't going on price alone. The quality of the sample window was impressive and we liked that they are a locally owned and operated company. Andre was direct but we didn't feel pressured like we did with other sales people. He measured our windows the day of the initial meeting at our home and we had a quote in our hands before he left. Our windows arrived almost 2 weeks earlier than we expected and the installation only took a day and a half (two teams worked at the same time.) You can tell that these installers work together a lot as they were very efficient. They took down our window covering and replaced them when they were done. This process was as painless as I could have imagined and I love the way the windows look.

He came to see why my dryer wasn't putting out any heat; he found I had had a small fire inside my dryer because of the poor venting in my house. He ordered the part as he left, and by the comng Monday was back replacing the part and cleaning the lint out of my home's venting. By the time he left, he had completely resolved our issues, and despite mentioning we may have to install a booster and redo our duct work, determined by the end that we would not need to do any of those things. Relieved we don't have a ton more work to pay for, and that we don't need a new dryer! In case you don't read between the lines, Vlad is responsive, efficient, and honest.
