Ken and trainee Murali arrived this afternoon to perform the first annual maintenance on our water purification system. They were running a bit behind and I received a call from the office (before the end of the quoted time window) to advise of the fact - nice touch! These two gentlemen were entirely pleasant. Ken was amazing at explaining what he was doing (even though he must have done it hundreds of times before!) There was some waiting involved while the disinfecting was taking effect so I asked Ken about an issue I am having with my bathroom faucet. He explained to me what was causing my problem and how it needed to be addressed. I was grateful of the additional knowledge he was able to share with me (even though it was not in his job description!) I now feel confident to find someone to help me with this issue. The annual maintenance was completed efficiently and I was, in fact, a nice break in my day. Great customer service guys!
