Absolutely Amazing!!!! Last week, the hot water for our tenants shower stopped working; after reading their 'Homestar' reviews, I called Alberta Water Pros that afternoon. I explained the problem and they sent someone out the next morning. The level of customer service was outstanding; since we live in Calgary, they coordinated with our tenant and took care of all arrangements. While onsite they notified me of the problem(even sent pictures) and provided a detailed estimate. They ordered the parts, made arrangements with our tenants and fixed it right away. Once complete they sent us pictures and it was cheaper than their estimate! A week later our tenants sink broke; within two hours of calling they had arranged access with our tenants and were onsite. We got a detailed estimate (and pictures), they fixed it right away and sent us pictures of the new tap. To our surprise they gave us a 10% discount for repeat business!!! Their professionalism, customer service, communication and high-quality workmanship is extremely impressive. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and highly recommend using them.
