If I could give 11 stars, I would. Excellent service from extremely qualified technicians, as promised. They were prompt, courteous, fastidious, very knowledgeable, careful and tidy. Everything was done to the highest standard, everything was checked and tested before they left and I feel safe and secure, knowing that we will have all season, worry free comfort for a long time to come and that I have a firm who will maintain this equipment with the same attention to care as they have just proven behind and that prides itself in making sure the customer is happy - a very welcome rarity these days. I thank, most especially, Randy Norton, Manager, who came to us to sell the equipment and the installers, Randy (another Randy) king of installers, most definitely, and his qualified helpers, Ryan and Jay - they are keepers.

Claude had done service and repair on both our furnace and air conditioner for many years - there are 3 words for Claude "He's the BEST!" - a great ambassador for Mr. Furnace - always on time, impeccable work habits - does the job efficiently and skillfully. He makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves and nothing defeats him. Furthermore he is well spoken, affable and polite. Can't ask for anything more..... As long as Claude is there, I will be doling business with Mr. Furnace.
