We needed carpet replaced on our stairs. Install was done within a few days of my visit to the store. Shortly thereafter, we encountered a flood in our home. After I contacted them to replace the carpet, they had someone onsite to remove the affected carpet the same day. The new carpet was installed within a few days of that. Overall good service.
