I asked James Memije, one of the owner: did the service call fee $99 would be deducted when I go ahead for the repair? He said:"No. It is not going to happen." Then I asked him that last time the service fee was deducted from the final invoice when I went ahead for the installation of new water heater in Feb 2014. James advised that the deduction only applied to new installation. So I called another person in his company, Vanessa, confirming the service call fee $99 would be deducted for BOTH repair and new installation. Also, I called other heating and cooling companies, their answer was the same as Vanessa. James only concerned if I would write a good review for him for the installation of water heater in Feb 2014. But, the good review I wrote was not for him. It was because his partner, Aaron Bond, who is gifted in his work. Aaron's strengh is to identify the problem quickly, to provide options available and to recommend the best solutions most benefit to me. When Aaron works, he becomes an artist that he makes things so beautiful and function so well. Aaron was so busy, I have waited for him 3 weeks, although James was available immediately. I rather used my electric heater then let James came in my property. I need someone passionate about his work, and looking after my best interest for the repair/replacement of my furnace, water heater, fireplace and air conditioning. I would recommend Aaron Bond. Vanessa is a very efficient administrator along with Aaron.
