In having my furnace's annual checkup and cleaning a problem was identified and two parts and they were ordered. When a different serviceman (Terry) came to install the parts he recognized where the problem existed and the fact that only one of the parts was required to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service and phoned to have the billing adjusted

- I have dealt with Superior for many years and they have provided excellent service, however being bought out by Reliance and moving the call center to Ontario might not be the best idea.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Call Reliance Superior as they are excellent installers and service personnel.
