I contacted Carson Dunlop when my roof starting leaking in order to identify the extent of the damage as well as any other issues with the house. My experience right from the initial phone call was pleasant. The appointment was quickly arranged. Joel arrived on time and explained the whole process before and during the inspection. He was thorough and answered all my questions, even after the inspection by email when I had further questions. He explained all issues, especially with regard to the immediate issue regarding the water leak. Issues were identified which I did not know existed. The detailed report received after the inspection was extremely useful and the periodic newsletters are very informative. I would definitely recommend Carson Dunlop. The service was exceptional on both professional and personal levels.

An appointment was booked for a few days later. Fitz showed up on time and was also friendly and pleasant. He explained the whole process as he worked. There was no need to ask questions as he basically knew what we would ask. Everything was explained in detail. He also looked around the whole exterior of the house and gave suggestions and areas to watch out for. The job was done quickly and Fitz took great care to keep the area neat and tidy as he worked.
