Dario and his team provided an excellent level of service and expertise in delivering my project. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the project, with a degree of confidence, which was unsurpassed. They worked with me closely and when I decided a course of action, then they responded accordingly. Dario was easy to deal with, as were the members of his team. I liked the way they cleaned up as they went. One of the things they did was a tree removal in my front yard. When they were done, you could not even tell that they had worked in that area. I had to get some light/fan switches installed in two washrooms and an additional electrical outlet put in the master bedroom. Monks Electric finished the project both quickly and professionally while staying within budget. He was very friendly and patiently answered all the questions I had. Can't recommend enough, will definitely be using Monks Electric for future projects.

In the world of shady contractors Arce Construction were true professionals and made the renovation project a worry free endeavor. Mike's team were on time and worked to a flawless finish. Mike explained everything and laid it out in a well defined contract. The conditions and payment plan were well explained and progressed based on work done. I would definitely use Arce Construction again for any more renovations in the future. We used Lanxin as well for our cabinets and they were great to work with and would recommend them as well.
