Installation went well however they did NOT check their work and left an open gas valve. Only after a week of the whole family being ill and my daughter ending up being taken to hospital was fault noticed - which they then rectified. I was NOT happy with their response of an apology and a free furnace clean! This could have had such a bad outcome, I am only pleased did some checks myself!
