Do not believe the advertising for the Alarm Force Video Relay - you CANNOT see the person at your door and speak with them simultaneously when they ring your doorbell. Rather, you have to speak with them first and then go back and look at the recorded video feed later. This is NOT what is depicted in the product promotion videos and is blatant false advertising. I tried contacting Alarm Force about this, but received the classic "if you figured this out in the first 10 days, then you could cancel - but since you have been a good customer and paid your bills on time, we will now force you to pay out the entire contract." Interestingly, if you ask for a supervisor's name, then they will knock this down to 50% of the remaining contract. Frankly, it about principle at this point. Has anyone looked at a class action lawsuit against Alarm Force for false product claims in their advertising?
