Mr. Hinton was great at selling the product but soon after the subfloor heating and the HTP boiler was installed we were informed that he was closing up shop. He said if I need any help to call him and he'll try to address our concerns. Since the system wasn't fully tested (summer install), we soon realized that we needed follow up on the following items: malfunctioning thermostat, boiler requiring servicing and in-floor heating making loud noises during start up. We have left text messages and voicemails but unfortunately Mr. Hinton has not acknowledged any of our messages. Dan, why take on a project if you know you will not be able to fulfill your contactual and service obligations? Looks like greed is greater than your guarantee/commitment to the customer and contractor. Dan if you get this review we would like to hear from you.

You just can't please everyone...this customer knows full well that Ecotech ceased operations last year. We bent over backwards to help the clients that were left without service after we closed. We were under no obligation to do so. DirectAir Travel just left thousands stranded after they closed their doors, we didn't do this, but for some people, it is never enough. This client got a full system installed, tested and running. We allowed him to do some of the work himself to keep costs down. We cannot be expectd to sevice him indefinitely if we have ceased operations. We certainly did not know we would be closing when we took on the project. We serviced our customers loyally for over 8 years. We apologize that this particular customer (and a few others) are at the tail end of our companies end.

I contacted Joe via the telephone to review some concerns regarding why my washing machine was always giving me a fault signal and stopping mid cycle. Joe asked me for a couple of days to review the problem and recommended that I call him on Monday to schedule an appointment. He was able to inspect the machine Monday afternoon, ran a preliminary test, had a new circuit board (though expensive) and installed it. Ran the diagnostic tests again and all seems to be in working order. Joe also gave me a packet of Affresh to help eliminate odours in the washing machine. Thanks Joe.

We ordered a custom sectional from Biltmore Domicile. After waiting more than the estimated timeline the sectional was delivered but didn't match the contract drawings. Another sectional was made and unfortunately it didn't match the contract drawings which the Biltmore representative created. Although the "Consumer Protection Act" allowed us to cancel the contract and get a refund, Biltmore refused our request. Biltmore had our money, we had no product, therefore the only option was to go to court. Even though judgement was awarded to us, Biltmore refused to pay. We didn't give up and we finally got our money about a year and a half later. Not what I would call good customer service especially when the manufacturer was at fault! Jaime, regarding your response, I find it odd that you commented on this as you were not even involved or employed at Biltmore when this transaction transpired. We were dealing with Gary directly.

the sectional was made exactly as you ordered and you simply did not like what you ordered. We agreed to make you something else but you are the most difficult customer ever. Luckliy out of the thousand of great customers we haver..there is only one like you.
