Garage and gazebo roof replacement
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My wife I recently purchased a century home in Brampton with an attached garage that was in a sorry state of disrepair. We quickly found out that the roof on the garage would leak every time it rained. I started to call around for roofers in the area and had several quotes for the garage and a gazebo in our yard. Each quote required me to take the day off work. I called Mark to see if he could provide a quote, he asked if he could meet us on our time so not to lose a day at work. And to top it off, he was the only one that took a ladder to inspect the roof! He explained what he felt we should consider taking into account that the garage has a parapet wall which is being damaged by the elements. He suggested a flat roof system that would protect the the brick and prevent further damage. Mark and his team arrived on the day and time they said they would and kept us in the loop on their progress. And the total was what he quoted us, no surprises. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who's roof or eaves needs attention. We will be calling him in the new year to repair our eaves and facia.
