The technician who came was excellent, friendly and informative. I have no complaints whatsoever about his performance. However, it's obvious that your dispatching centre is not good. The technician did not arrive within the four-hour time frame. This isn't the technician's fault. Perhaps you could snookered updating your dispatching system to some kind of dynamic dispatching? Like most people, I can't usually wait forever in my home because you can't get the dispatching right. Even the four-hour time frame (which is now industry standard–not the same as good) is ridiculous. It's possible to do better and you should.
