Imran was very punctual and thorough in cleaning my fireplace. Fireplace looks great now. Unfortunately he was not able to identify the defective part at this time. We agreed to monitor the unit to see if the problem continues. I found his price to be high for cleaning my fireplace. One hour cost me $300 and no parts were replaced.

Hi Mr. Albert, Thank you for your review and the call you made because your fireplace keep shutting off after sometime of usage. I told you that there is a fee of $125.00 service call charge for checking and diagnostic and you agreed . It`s looked like your sensor or your valve is weak and I gave you the option to decide whether you would like me to change the parts or may be a good clean up and inspection of all connection may help it work better since your fireplace has never been service since the day one. You stated that you rather replace the unit instead of spending the money on it. So we decided to proceed with option 2 which was a full clean up top to bottom , Valve, pilot, sensors,firebox, log, hood comportment,valve comportment, louvers, glass and reset and your fireplace looked amazing after I was done and that service is $175.00. I told you before proceeding will cost you $125 + $175 = $
