Dmitri showed up when he said he would, with the right tools, was polite and professional, had the job done quickly, and charged what he said he'd charge. What's not to like? (he was the second locksmith to look at it... the first one brought bolt-cutters for a U-lock and was basically clueless).

I asked Terry if he could have a look at repairing three casement windows which were (for various reasons) hard to open. He gave me a quote for fixing all three that was a heck of a lot cheaper than replacement, so I figured I didn't have anything to lose. He showed up on time, easily fixed one of them, and politely explained why the other two couldn't be fixed (he actually tried one of them but the screws were so rusted they couldn't be removed - that's life). He then charged me quite a bit less than what he quoted me and quite a bit less than I was expecting. It's very hard to find window *repair* services; I like the fact that he *doesn't* do window replacement... he has no incentive to try to upsell you into new windows if you don't really need them. I can now proceed with replacing the other two windows, knowing that it's really necessary. Hire this guy with confidence.

We've had two wasps nests in our home (different locations). Pesticon came by promptly and sprayed them. The price was reasonable. What more could we ask for? Will use them again if this situation arises.
