We hired Kevin to do a extensive reno of our 1970s sidesplit home.  He made the process easy, giving us various options and helpful suggestions for both exterior and interior design.  The entire project stayed on schedule, and we moved back into our dream home at the start of the summer.  Given the challenging situation with global supply chains and labour shortages, we consider ourselves extremely lucky that our project stayed on track, as many friends working with other builders have told us horror stories of project delays and huge cost overruns.  His spiderweb of industry and supplier contacts helped us with both the structural and asthetic choices we needed to make for our home, and he has been there to help us with minor tweaks and adjustments after we moved back in. Kevin was a great architect, project manager, general handyman and sometimes even therapist for us as we went through the process.  We would recommend his team to anyone looking for any large scale renovation project.

Yair and his team helped us design the closets for our 4 bedrooms and front hall closet as we were renovating our house. We were very happy with the process and the quality of the work. They were very thorough and easy to work with. We will use them again for future projects.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job when we needed someone to build the pre-fabricated shed we had bought from Costco. They were quick, efficient and kept the job site clean and organized. We would hire them again for other projects.

We were referred to Dayside by a friend who was very impressed with their work, and we are so glad we went with them too. Pat came to our home and gave us advice on the various options for all the windows in our house. We decided to replace 4 bedroom windows, 3 basement windows, and one bathroom window. We went for the full "brick to brick" job as the old windows were 30+ years old. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and Pat was very professional and thoughtful at every stage of the process. The installers were extremely efficient and thorough, our basement windows are in an awkward location at ground level but they made it look easy. We are delighted with our new windows and are planning to use Dayside again when we replace the remaining windows in our house.
