I'm surprised of the bad reviews, I had my shutters installed in 2010 and have been thrilled with the purchase. Even when one of the shutters I purchased had a issue with one of the tilt bars, they had a installer come and fix it the next time he was in the area (Which was only about a week after I had called) I loved my shutters and you really can't beat the price.
