This is the first time I have done business with Verdun. They came recommended by two reliable sources. My experience was totally positive. The two installers were courteous and thoroughly professional. I am completely satisfied with the product and the installation.

The remodeling of our ensuite was the first time that we had undertaken any renovation of our home. We relied on HomeStars positive reviews to help us choose Magnolia Construction for the job. Michel was the Project Manager, and he provided much needed advice and handholding as to how the whole process would work and which suppliers we might wish to consider. His experience was reassuring, and made moving through the few phases of selecting, ordering, delivery and installation glitch-free. The hands-on work was done by the team of Jean-FranÇois and Josée. They were thoroughly professional and most personable, offering suggestions and solutions when occasions arose. We greatly appreciated their expertise. We will be remodeling additional rooms, and will undoubtedly deal with Magnolia and its team again. Looking forward to it.

Dealing with Handyman Connection was easy and highly professional, with e-mail updates and payment procedures ensuring there were no misunderstandings. Peter did a first-rate job constructing new steps for us, although a better job site clean-up would have been appreciated. The resulting steps are what we had asked for, a significant improvement over our old ones.

The water tap serving our new washer leaked. I left a voice message with DrainPro at 3:00 a.m. and Tim responded at 7:00 a.m. Amazing in itself. A service call was scheduled for that afternoon and Matt arrived at 3:30 p.m. as promised. He was personable and professional, and quickly solved our small problem. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I will certainly call DrainPro again should the need arise. Highly recommended for your consideration.

This was my first time using GlassMate's service, and it was a positive one. I requested interior and exterior cleaning, including frames and edges. The results were excellent. This is the second time that I have used Menard. They installed a replacement air conditioner for me several years ago. I was very satisfied with their work then, and so it was logical to consider them again for my new furnace. I was not disappointed. Keith, the sales rep explained his Carrier product line thoroughly and answered all of my questions clearly, rather than simply throwing a brochure at me. He did a detailed inspection of my current set-up, and provided helpful suggestions as to the most appropriate selection from the product line to meet my needs. The installers, Alex and Matt, were on time and thoroughly professional. The install went quickly and without a hitch. I would not hesitate to recommend Menard to anyone considering heating or cooling needs.

15-foot tall bush required extensive shearing and shaping. Work was done to our complete satisfaction in a timely manner. Owner was pleasant to deal with and thoroughly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone having similar needs.

Kelly and Clayton painted our master bedroom and ensuite, our second bedroom and second full bathroom, plus hallway doors and trim. The work was completed on schedule in two days and adhered to the original quote. We join the other HomeStar reviewers who rated Kelly and Clayton so highly. The quality of the work was excellent, and they are thoroughly professional. They even did extra work caulking and touching up where they were not required to do so. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking painting service. We should note also that the price reflects our request that a premium paint be used (Benjamin Moore Aura) despite its higher than normal cost.

I join the chorus of satisfied customers of Bulgari Paving Inc. A thoroughly professional contractor who delivered a reconstructed asphalt driveway and interlocking brick front walkway on estimate and on time. The owner, Mr. Suri Tchilingirian, was on site and supervised the work. A job well done.

I recently had Penta Plumbing carry out a minor repair to one of my toilets. The toilet is now as good as new. Service was responsive and thoroughly professional. This is the second time that I have used Penta Plumbing's service, and will likely do so again should the need arise.

Based on the excellent reviews on HomeStars, I hired Ring Electric to replace my 19-year old florescent undercabinet kitchen lighting with new LEDs. Bryan came to our home to provide a free estimate. Two weeks later, his team came out for the installation. The two gentlemen were professional and friendly, and did a very thorough job that lasted only about 1-1/2 hours. They removed and disposed of the old fixtures and left us with a new lighting arrangement that was exactly what we wanted. The final price matched the estimate. I'm happy to add my voice of recommendation to the many others who have engaged their services.

My experience with Eaves Experts Ottawa was completely positive. The causes of the existing problems were explained clearly, with photo support from a smart phone camera so that we could see exactly what needed to be fixed. The problems were corrected in a timely fashion. Mr. Beatty proved to be a punctual, extremely polite and courteous service provider.
