Very satisfied from the first phone call to the finished product. We had 20 windows and 4 patio doors installed in our home. Our sales rep Luke M. was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling, he identified every positive about the window, from the frame to the glass itself, we didnt want just a piece of glass, but we wanted quality glass installed and luke offered great advice and we have learned alot from him because he taught us what type of glass we were getting And even showed the quality of glass in the showroom. Luke worked within our budget and sealed the deal. The installers, Jason and Matt were also very respectful of our property during the week they were there and trusted them completely while we were away from our home. My only comment to be made is we wish the windows were cleaned from fingerprints (especially the high to reach windows which were approximately 18 feet from the main floor) We will always recommend dayside for windows and doors because we are very satisfied customers.
