I used to love this company and have written them a couple of glowing reviews in the past. One day they totally dropped the ball with us. We were not happy with a tankless we got and we were basically dropped my them. It takes a very very very long time for the hot water to come in. It saddens us to see the water we waste. They told us it was normal but since then we have had a few opinions, all of whom say it is not. At one stage I wrote them a long letter explaining our frustrations and never heard anything back. It is too bad because I really thought we had a good relationship with this company and now we're stuck with an expensive tankless that wastes water and is a real let down. Until this episode though, we were always happy.

I really like this company. Their quote came in fast and was very well priced in comparison with others. They got the job done promptly and finished to the specified detail. They worked hard to get it done on time for me and it was really appreciated. Everett and Stefano are both great and I will certainly refer them to others. This is a great family company that comes through when you need them! Thanks guys!

Roger is simply the best contractor I've ever worked with. His work is excellent, with excellent quality finishing detail and to make it even better he is a great guy. He always answers the phone and was prompt, available and helpful throughout the whole project, which he got done in very good time. He did a wonderful job from start to finish and I feel lucky to have found him. If we ever do a build again he's definitely our guy!

This company is excellent. Stewart and Adam took care of my job, plumbing in an accessible bathroom and kitchenette into a newly built office space. They ran into some obstacles but figured out good solutions and got the job done. They were always there when they said they would be and were very clear with the estimates. I will never look elsewhere for plumbing of any kind and will always recommend them. It has been a great experience working with them.

We had 6 large windows replaced and re-framed with Tony. He was very helpful and did a great job. He was true to his estimate and time frame and the entire job went very smoothly. Both Tony and his helper Paolo were very polite and helpful and worked really hard to get the job done on time, despite the factory making an error in the window structure. He caught the problem, took everything back to the factory and had the project back on-line within a few hours. The quality of their work, installation and re-framing is excellent. We got a number of quotes and chose Tony not only because his was very competitive, but because he is clearly the type of person to do a job well. Overall, we couldn't be happier and have already recommended him to friends. Thanks for everything Tony. You did a fantastic job for us.

Gary and his team were really prompt in dealing with our request and did everything they could to get the system moving smoothly. We use this company for all of our heating, hot water, duct cleaning and a/c needs and have not been disappointed.

Kevin and Cindy from GTA just left our home. We had a real increase in mouse droppings and sightings recently and were concerned, not wanting to use what we knew were the inferior quality baits and traps from stores. We picked this company based on Homestars reviews and could not be happier. They were on time, so helpful, took time to explain everything we needed to know about the type of mice we had and how to deal with the situation. They were meticulous in their approach, knowledgeable and professional. It is a rare case of knowing that you have hired the best, giving yourself the best possible chance for the situation to be dealt with. My husband and I both recommend this company highly.

This company is excellent. Their employees are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Their service is of very high quality and they are on time and return all calls promptly. There is no comparison with the quality of their duct cleaning. It took hours and was done much more thoroughly than any other company I have seen. There is definitely a difference in the type of duct cleaning and equipment used between companies. We will use this company for all future furnace/air con/duct needs.
