We just moved from Port Moody to North Vancouver with Cariboo Moving and Freight. Before we hired this company to move our home we have lived in for the past 14 years, we made sure we called around for days. My wife found Cariboo searching for movers on google and I decided to give them a call. From the initial call speaking with Michelle I could feel the professionalism over the phone, she answered all of the tons of questions I had for her instantly and in full detail. This made me feel much more comfortable with the way they run their business and how they would ultimately handle our family move. After comparing my previous conversations with other moving companies I decided to go with them. No looking back as we definitely made the right decision going with them. The move went great, Michelle kept in contact with us the entire time prior to the move, she even emailed us a step by step moving guide to help with packing/organizing all of our stuff to prepare for moving day. Never mind the amazingly helpful lady on the phone, the crew that showed up in a nice clean truck were a bunch of tip top pros in my books. The guys were super energetic, polite and easy going. You could visually see these guys knew exactly how to get the job done carefully and at a nice smooth speed. That is exactly how our move went. "Smoother than smooth" with nothing but good things to say. We have already referred Cariboo to some close friends and family, we will continue to spread the good word. My wife's sister recently had a nightmare of a move using some other moving company and so this pushed us more to make sure we did hire the right company to move us into our new home that my wife and I have worked so hard to get.
