We recently moved into a home with central heating and air. We were unsure how long ago the ducts had been cleaned and with two small children, we wanted to make sure we were breathing clean air. AtlasCare had serviced our ductless A/C units in our last home and they were the only people we called to book this service. Alex and Andrew called in advance, arrived ahead of schedule and were very polite and professional. They finished on time and were able to answer all of our questions. Any time I had questions, Alan answered them quickly both by email and phone. In one instance, he personally came to check on an issue and resolved it quickly.
