I am so grateful that I selected "Green Side Up" to do the job at our home. We changed the stairs to our main entrance and demolished the old deck and re-built the new one. The entire process was very easy and intuitive. Working with Jay and his team is great, I love his no-nonsense approach. He is very professional and keeps his word, which was very important to us. The job was finished in agreed upon time and more importantly, the site was left perfectly clean. The workmanship is top-notch, as I like to call it "sharp - lines" and very, very neat. Jay made some important design changes to the new deck, which improved the usability as well as overall looks. When everything was said and done, the job was accomplished beautifully, on time and on the budget, without any hidden costs. I highly recommend Jay and his team! The work was conducted in a fast manner, the right way and and at a right price-point. The Sewre Squad is a very professional company to deal with: I was able to contact them late in the evening (my case of collapsed clay sewer pipe was an emergency), I received the quote quickly, the scope of the work was explained to me in a clear and concise way and before I agreed to the quote and the before the work started everything was put in writing for me as a tangible reference. The work was conducted during three days of pouring rain without a glitch. After the completion of this big job , the site was left clean and looking the same as before the work had started. The final invoice came with no unpleasant surprises (as with some other vendors was the case in the past) and with a detailed report of the work done and recommendations for future maintenance. I am very impressed by the Sewer Squad and there is no doubt in my mind I will continue to do business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Arjay responded even though I called after business hours. Communication was effortless, booking easy. After assessing the work need to be done, coming to a mutually acceptable terms was easy and gentlemanly. The installation took place at the exact date and time we agreed upon and was perform in an utmost professional manner and completely non-disruptively. Follow up call to ensure everything went well and optimum operation of the door followed. After the door worked itself in, a fine-tuning call followed (necessary only due to the age of the garage). This is how business is conducted. I have nothing but praises for AVF and highly recommend them to everybody.

Great people, great customer service and great advice, easy to deal with, polite and courteous. When my 30-something year old gas fireplace went belly up, I was given options and recommendations by the Fireplace Depot. Dealing with them was easy, the installation went flawlessly. Great crew. We also did maintenance on the second fireplace and it now looks and works better than when it was brand new, day one! Thanks guys!
