Mr. Roof Repair...after some scheduling (crew in area were off sick for a short period of time), a two man crew obliged a Saturday appointment request. The crew was early, and took time to explain what was happening with my roof and addressed my concerns. They also made a small temporary repair to prevent against further damage in lieu of balance of repairs. They work on a two step process, assessment and reco's. They sent pictures and a detailed quote (which was exactly the same as the information provided by the crew onsite). I have decided to go ahead with the full repair to the roof.
