This is a much delayed review, sorry Mimmo, I had a few hellish busy months. Anyway, Mimmo got my message and came to estimate for a interlock repair project. He is a no non-sense hard working man. He told me straight up that my repair job won't hold up long due to the age and original quality of my interlock. He provide his professional options and left decision making for me. He did not push to either direction. I decided to have it done completely new, and I'm happy I have made that decision. Mimmo and his team showed up early on the workdays, they worked fast but carefully. what impress me the most is they always think how to get the job done with best quality. Originally, we were going to follow the exact old design of old interlocks which has few steps (where many times people have trip over it). On the day of the reno, Mimmo and his crew realize I have a perfect gradient that I dont need any steps. So they changed the plan right there, not the interlocks areas are wide and smooth, no trip over hazard for my elderly parents or my young kid. Also, for one of the window well, instead of using simple metal piece, Mimmo actually used interlock stones to build one so it blend in nicely with the interlocks. They also work very hard, 1hr lunch that's all they have for rest. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything. My wife loved the result so much, she wanted to change our whole driveway to interlocks. Well, I would love that too, but need to save up a little. But when I do, I won't hesitate to choose this company again. Thank you Mimmo and the guys for a beautiful new interlock.

I would like to thank Pratema and her team for the proffessional job they have done. Pratema took her time to answer my questions. Her quote was most competitive compare to others, and she was not pushing me to make decisions. Although I only need parts of the fences to be replaced, they did not mind whether the job is small or big. The team showed up on the day they promised and early. They were very professional, fast. The job was done high quality. After the job done, everything was cleaned up. My new fences looks nice, I so wish my neighbors will agree to replace the shared fences soon. Found out my furnace brook on friday night, first saturday morning I'm starting to call around for help. My normal service people don't really like to come because is on weekend and out of their service area, and finally agree to come but want to charge $169 because it's on the weekend. So i start to look for other service people on Homestars. Called first few on the list, they are either not picking up or can't come. Finally tried AIRE MAX. Max himself pick up the phone. Man of few words: "Yes, I'll come by 3-4pm, just text me your address." Stupid me texted to a wrong number, if it wasn't for MAX made call back to check why there isn't any text, I would never know. He showed up 3pm at the door. Again not so much word, straight to work. He found out the starter was broken, unfortunately he does not have the spare and all parts store closed. He told me he'll come back on monday. I told him I have to work, won't be back til late, "no problem, I can come even after 8 or 9 pm." "Ok, How much I owe you." I asked. "$90 for my service call and plus parts, pay me when I come back." Today I told him I'll be home at 5pm, he was there at 5pm. Spend less then 20 minutes my furnace came back to life. when I ask him how much he only charged one service call plus parts. what can I say? "Wow! Max is my go to guy! And should be yours too, if you ever need help with your furnace or AC or Fireplace!" Thanks Max for your timely help.
