The movers showed up late. They asked for food and drink as they had none. Their truck broke down and we had to boost it and they had absolutely no clue how to pack a truck. My husband had to help them! Worst move ever. When I complained they hung up!

Yes, unfortunately the movers arrived 1 hour late due to bad weather circumstances and traffic on the road. The movers and our office were trying to contact the client thru the phones provided to us to let them know that the movers are going to be late, but it was unsuccessful because the phone was disconnected. When the movers arrived they apologies and explained themselves to the client why they arrived late and there was no issue at that moment and during whole moving about this matter. After couple hours of work one of the movers asked for water because their water got frozen up in a truck. After client gave guys the drink she also offered some pizza for them, no one asked food from her at all. Truck's battery lost the power because of the freezing weather & need to use lift-gate for heavy furniture that was not emptied. Truck started in 5-10 min after we got boosted. The movers have experience and they well know how to professionally pack the truck (just curious how client knows how to pack the truck if that was their first time moving in the last 20+ years). The clint's husband didn't help to pack the truck and even wouldn't be able to help pack the truck as the company's policy states that clients are not allowed to enter the truck cause of security and safety purposes. During the conversation it got disconnected. Right away we called back to client at two phone numbers but there was no answer. This is false and misleading review.
