Stephan accommodated at right schedule due to an offer on a property. He was extremely professional and was very clear in his explanation of concerns with the septic system and costs involved regarding repairs and replacement options. I watched most of the inspection with him on his camera and his explanations made sense. The report was thorough and well organized. As well, a small video was included on the report.

My kitchen sink with a garburator was suddenly badly clogged. After calling around and getting rough quote I was given Michael‘s name and information. I called waterworks and Michael was able to be at my home two hours after my call. He was able to solve the issue very easily and made every effort to keep my cost down which I greatly appreciated. I would call Michael for all my plumbing needs.
