After many years of dissatisfaction with stores and their products in North York, I started buying my pool supplies at the Leslie Street Poolmaster location a couple of years ago. Talon Crocione, the store manager, is professional and friendly, and makes a point of getting to know his customers and their pools. He'll give advice on maintenance and products, even when it doesn't lead to more sales. They keep an excellent computer record of your purchases going back to the installation of their new system a couple of years ago, so you can compare usage from year to year. I use a service person for my pool that I've been with since long before going to Poolmaster, and I never get pressured to switch to Poolmaster instead (in fact, my pool guy is a happy customer himself). I would certainly start to use Poolmaster services should my pool guy ever retire. A small note is that parking is right out in front, and they'll carry your chemicals to the car for you. They'll also store your chemicals over the winter, if you make purchases during their November sale.
