Chris and the crew from Williams HVAC were great. Chris explained the different units really well, what as worth spending a little more money on and what wasn't. Also, cause we were planning to replace the hot water heater within the next year or two, it would be cheaper on the installation to do the two together. We're super happy with both our new furnace and hot water heater. Installation was smooth and painless, and the guys did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards.
