We recently had to re do the shower in our kids washroom, it was renovated in 2017 by another contractor that did horrible job, the tiles were lifting up and water was getting behind the tiles and leaking in the floor below. Having great experience with Novacon Construction during our major renovations in 2020 and seeing their workmanship, we contacted Pavel to help us redo the shower. This time we were living in the house while the renovation was being done, the team had laid down floor and stairs protection to protect the areas of the house they would have to walk through and cleaned up everything at the end of each visit. Our project was completed on budget, on time and we now have a peace of mind that there will be no leaks. Pavel and his team did a great job again, their workmanship and attention to the details is impeccable, no matter how big or small the project is. I wanted to get my roof inspected and do preventative maintenance. The expert they sent over to do the work on our roof was great, he told me all the problem areas he found on the roof and what he did to fix them. I was even sent pictures of the problem areas, so I know what it looked like before and after. Now, we have a peace of mind for rest of the winter knowing that our roof has been taken care of. We did contact two other roofing companies prior to Mr. Roof and they were much more expensive and very vague in their explanation of what they were providing for the price they were charging. With Mr. Roof, right away I was explained exactly what the tune up will cover and if any further problems are discovered that are not covered, what my options are. I would definitely call them again if we need any service done in future and would recommend them to family and friends.
