I found David Fairbairn on the Internet and after reading the reviews and visiting his website, I decided to give him a try because I liked the reviews and how his sample report looked and that his background and experience seemed extensive. David called me shortly after I submitted an online inspection request and he sounded genuine on the phone and he arrived on site on time for our appointment. I found David very personable and he let me follow him on the comprehensive inspection that he did and was very willing to share his knowledge and educate me on what is considered acceptable and what needs fixing. At the end of the inspection, I got the report while he was still on site and it came with pictures, explanations of the problems and his recommendations for the repairs. I was able to pay for his reasonable fee by credit card and he even recommended a list of contractors I could call if I decided to have the work done myself. Overall, I am very satified with David's service, expertise and professionalism and I I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good home inspector.
