We were moving from a one bedroom condo in Thornhill to a four bedroom house in Brooklin. On the day of our move, Rob and Richard showed up right on time (five minutes early, in fact), and from the time they began until the final papers were signed and the job was complete, they were exceptionally professional, pleasant to work with, and very efficient. They make a great team and truly seemed to enjoy working with each other. Rob and Richie took great care in explaining the entire process of what would happen during the move and allowed us to focus on other things while they took care of wrapping our larger furniture, loading the truck, and then unloading it and placing things in the proper rooms once we arrived at our destination. I am very pleased to report that nothing was lost or broken during the move and everything was handled in such a way that I was confident our things were being cared for even when we weren't in the same room. The efficiency and speed that these gentlemen worked at was amazing and I was so glad that we decided to use movers that day....there was no way we could have accomplished what they did in the same amount of time. Not only did they get the job done, but it was done VERY well, and they were cheerful throughout the entire process. From the time I called Agility Movers for an estimate, until the time when we were "settled" in our new home, everyone at Agility was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest and the estimate we were given was very close to what we ended up paying. I would definitely recommend Agility Moving & Storage to anyone who is moving. Out of all of the moves I have ever done (throughout university and afterwards), I have to say that this experience was the best and if we should ever need to move again I would employ the services of Agility without a moment of hesitation.
