My toilet was leaking, and I had a handyman come in to replace the flush valve. He botched the job, and the leak worsened. I then contacted a large plumbing company, but they couldn’t get an estimate from their supplier as to when the part would be available. I called several other plumbers, and Protex was the only one with the part in stock. They were courteous and helpful on the phone, sent someone over within a couple hours, and did a great job. The leak is gone, and I’m very satisfid with their service. Their price was also a lot more reasonable that the price quoted by the big plumbing company. I won’t hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.

I noticed a blinking red light on my furnace, and contacted Reliable Home Comfort to inspect the furnace. I spoke to Rob, who offered to come over at 7PM the same day. He actually ended up arriving earlier, after having confirmed that I would be at home. He was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. He inspected the furnace and quickly diagnosed and dealt with the problem. He took the time to educate me about the workings of the furnace, and to provide me with information on how to deal with any future issues. His price was very reasonable. All in all he provided an excellent service, and was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use his service again, or to recommend him to others.

I hired Gary after a water leak damaged the drywall in my garage. He responded very promptly to my request for a quote via email, and also to subsequent emails. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job, and was meticulous about clean up, leaving my garage cleaner than he had found it. His price was good, and he was honest with respect to his quote. When he was unable to finish the job on the second day as planned, he came on another day to finish the job and indicated that he would not charge me for the third day! I would not hesitate to hire him again for any handyman projects I have, and highly recommend him to others.

I had a leak in a pipe over my garage. The receptionist was friendly and competent. I called for help at 8:30 in the morning, and was told they'd be there by 10:30. They actually got to my home almost an hour early. They were professional and courteous. They got the job done right, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They even made sure to sweep up the garage and take all the wet debris away. Great service, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
