Came home from vacation to find furnace broken and pipes frozen and subsequently burst. Mark was extremely helpful and only too willing to co-ordinate with the timing of the replacement furnace to come and fix our burst pipes. Came that day - highly recommend

Broken furnace, service/replace
Returned from vacation to find furnace not working, pipes frozen. Called another company who kept promising to come and didn't. Called A1 they came in 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and we had a new furnace up and running by the end of the day. Excellent service, would never call another company.
