Ahhh the home purchase process, never a boring or dull moment. The time came for our home inspection and I was referred to the homestars website by a friend. Not only is he an professional with his approach to his work but he's also quality person with a great sense of humor which most people may not care about but I welcomed as we went through the home inspection. I wish all homebuyers, esp the first time home buyers, could find a gem like that one. Upper Beaches in Toronto is a good area for doing home inspections. A lot of the homes have been beaten to death with poor renovations. Not this one though. A good solid older home. I had a good feeling just walking up to it! Certainly a good looking home.
