Absolutely AWFUL company! I booked an appointment several weeks ahead of time to have my air conditioner hooked up. Due to a heat wave they kept pushing the appointment back without letting me know. I was left waiting for them, but they never showed up. I called them, and they assured me they would be here "tomorrow"; but when tomorrow came, they didn't show up again. They repeated this 4 days in a row. After much frustration, I told them I was going to hire someone else and their service employee responded by calling me an i d i o t to my face. The worst part was, waiting at home without air conditioning during the heat wave. I could have spent my time somewhere more comfortable if they would have just been honest and told me they were swamped and couldn't make it. I would describe this company as rude and extremely inconsiderate.
