3 weeks to produce one 1/2 door, and it didnt match the sample we provided at all, The Owner herself said give it a month to yellow--no change at all, and she says - too bad, polish it with pledge for another month--worst service I have ever experienced. 3 weeks for a small door-good luck on a full kitchen

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your product received. As we have not heard from you since you picked up the item, we assumed you were satisfied upon taking the door to your home.
Three weeks to produce a custom made product is within industry standards. We did advise that we needed to order in a door to match your existing door edging. Door production is 10 working days. Finishing was another week once the door was received.
As for the finish of the door, we at Karry pride ourselves on matching samples as close as possible; we do not guarantee "colour-matching". As materials/finishes do age, the colour changes. Your door was sent to Sherwin Williams for a colour-match of the stain required. Wood is a natural product and every piece is different.

If you are completely unsatisfied, we'd be more than happy to reproduce another door or give you a refund.
